Is there a way to email the devs?

not sure if this is allowed but bump

Whenever I am claiming a game, I cannot add any suggested games to a collection. I always get an error if I try to do so. This bug has been happening to me for about a year now. I have tried this on Google Chrome, Firefox, Vivaldi (Chromium based browser), and Safari, and the issue arrises every time. I have tried turning off uBlock Origin but the issue still arises.

I've opened an issue about this on itch.io's Github page back in June, but I haven't gotten any responses. I've also submitted a bug report through the Feedback button but it doesn't seem like I got a response.

At the time of submitting the Github issue (June 5, 2021), the error was a popup message:

lyrdinn.itch.io says: Something went wrong. Please try again later and contact support if it persists.

But ever since July, the error looks like this:

Errors: invalid game

Does anyone else have this issue? I'm really frustrated with this bug...

I downloaded this game for free (I guess it was on sale or it was free at the time) back in October but never gotten around to playing it. I didn't even realize there was an update for it! But the concept looks super fun and the characters are super cute! And having a protagonist who can go by she, he, or they pronouns is a really neat bonus!

May I ask what changed from 1.0 to 1.1?

This seems like such a bizarre but charming game. I came across this game a few months ago on Steam and I'm so curious about what the game is like!!!

Wow, thanks man! That's really cool of you!

lmao i was literally just scrolling around itch.io and i didn't even know cory played this!

wow the bojack horseman video game looks great

No worries haha!

How do I download it?

Oh that's good!

And i'm hearing a lot of good stuff about it! I'll check it out!

I literally just found this game from the itch.io recommended and yikes that's pretty bad. Have you tried looking up how to force quit a task that says "access is denied"?

If that doesn't help, you might wanna ask on some PC help thing, like on some sort of tech support subreddit or something.

Oh, cool!

Is Trick a boy or a girl?

No problem at all!

Oh, she's cute! I'm excited for her story!

That pink wolf?

I see. I'm sure your future games will be great!!

Who's the next game gonna be about? Juju? The cats? One of the 3 main characters?

This is an awesome idea, and I've only seen a bit of gameplay so I'm very sorry if I'm getting this wrong, but I think it needs some improvement.

I'll compare it to Papers, Please. In Papers, Please, if you get something wrong I think you lose money, which is bad because you need to keep your family alive and well, so it gives you motivation to make the right decision out of fear you'll lose the game.

In this, I don't believe you get punished for getting something wrong. I get it's supposed to be opinion based, but there doesn't seem to be a reason you should be doing this.

If it was sort of in the style of "either.io" where you are given two options, you pick one, and you see the public's opinions, that would be cool. But from what I've seen, there's nothing of the sort.

This is a really cool game though! I'm looking forward to future projects :) This is just me being me, a nit-picky analysis. XD
